But at about 5:30, a customer in the Middle East who had given us access to his computers over a secure Internet connection decided he would show up at work at 4 AM his time, and try to expedite the process. I had already set up most of the video servers on his 4 computers, linked them together and then rebooted them, but they didn't come back online. So I phoned him and had him hit the reset switches, which got them back on the network.
Long story short, it took me, two engineers and him until almost 8 pm to get things running. Missed the lecture.
